DIY Coasters!

I had a headache for most
of the day today.
You know, the good part
of the day where you
NEED to be productive.

Anyway...
I made 4 set of coasters
once my headache finally
went away.
Sadly, it's back.
:(

I used:
ceramic tiles
scrapbook paper
Silhouette Cameo
Mod Podge
Felt and Cork
(self-stick circles)

I created squares and cut them
out of scrapbook paper
using my Silhouette.

I placed Mod Podge on the tile
and smoothed the scrapbook
paper down on the Mod Podge.
 Pressing out all the bubbles.
Eye-balling the positioning.
It's all fun and games until
your eye-ball is off...so
watch carefully

Once dry, I
placed 3 coats of
Mod Podge on each tile.
Letting them dry completely
in between coats.
I added felt and cork
circles to the bottom
 of each tile to help
protect the furniture they
will be placed on.

Here they are:

(these are plain and simple and are
for my Master Bedroom)

2 different green colored tiles with antique
keys cut out of the middle of the scrapbook paper

Green Swirls on co-ordinating green tiles.

Victorian print paper on off-white tiles.

These are so easy to create!
Give it a try!

Thanks for stopping by!
