Thank you! Thank you! Thank you,
for the inspiration!
You can view the tutorial here:
There are so many other super fun projects
on her blog.

What a great time of the year for
spiritual inspiration.
I made 4 sets of these. They are all
just a little bit different from
one another too!

Here they are:

This set is green, tan and light blue.
I sanded and distressed them with
walnut Distress Ink.
Jesus is glued to Mary
and they are all tied together
with a bow.
This set is a little taller. Joe measures
8" and Mary 6" tall.

This set is white and light brown.
They are sanded and distressed
with Distress Ink.
Baby Jesus is tied to Mary.
They are all tied together
near the bottom.

This set is white and light blue.
They are sanded and distressed
with Distressing Ink.
Baby Jesus is tied to Mary
held securely by a little bow.
They are all tied together by
a knotted triple string at the bottom.

This set is light brown, blue and white.
They were sanded and distressed
with Distress Ink.
Baby Jesus is tied to Mary.
They are all brought together
by a knotted double string near the bottom.

 What do you think?
These 4 sets will be headed to
Marketplace in hopes
of finding a new home for the holidays.

Here's What I Used:
*although they are sooo easy to alter*
